As the first quarter comes to a close, we’re incredibly proud of the agents on our team who showed up, put in the work, and delivered results — even when the market made it tough.

A huge congratulations to our March Top 5! 👏

Now it’s time to reflect, reset, and refocus. Q2 is here and so is the spring market.

Buyer activity is picking up, listings are moving, and the energy is shifting in a big way. This is the stretch of the year where momentum builds — and those who’ve been grinding all winter are about to see it pay off.

To everyone out there navigating this market — sellers, buyers, and fellow realtors alike — the opportunity is there. Stay the course.

The March 2026 GTA market numbers are out 📈

Sales were up year-over-year, new listings dropped by nearly 17%, and the average sale price came in about 6.7% lower than this time last year. More buyers coming back, fewer homes to choose from, and prices that are still more affordable than they’ve been in a while.

For buyers, there’s still an opportunity here. For sellers, less competition on the market means your home gets more attention when it’s priced right.

Swipe through for a simple breakdown of what it all means.

The GTA real estate market is quieter than it was a year ago — and that’s actually telling a more interesting story than the headlines suggest. 🏡

Fewer sellers are listing right now, which means less competition for buyers. And with interest rates down significantly from their peak, purchasing power has quietly improved for a lot of people.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this might be worth a closer look.

Not ready to make a move yet? That’s okay too. Drop a comment or send us a DM — we’re always happy to chat through what the market means for your situation, no strings attached. 👇

What an incredible visit to our local shelter, Yorktown Family Services! ❤️

We had the honour of accompanying our very own Marta Goncalves in presenting the shelter with over $12,000 in funds she raised through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Cambodia Trek — and we truly cannot put into words how proud we are of her. Marta’s dedication, heart, and determination to make a difference is nothing short of inspiring.

A very special shoutout to Anabela Serra for being such an incredible supporter in Marta’s fundraising journey. 🙌🏼

Alongside Marta’s incredible contribution, we also delivered Walmart gift cards — generously donated by our realtors during the holiday season — to help women and children take their next steps as they restart their lives after leaving the shelter. We also brought along fleece blankets to keep them warm through these cold winter days.

It was an absolute pleasure visiting the offices of Yorktown Family Services and seeing firsthand the vital work being done for our community. We are beyond proud to be a partner of such a meaningful organization, and we look forward to continuing to support the incredible mission they carry out each and every day.

💛 Together, we can make a difference.

GTA Market Update: January 2026 🏠

The year is starting with a cooler pace in the GTA real estate market.

Here’s what you need to know:

Sales are down: There were 3,082 homes sold, a 19.3% decrease from last January.

Prices have softened: The average selling price was $973,289, down 6.5% year-over-year.

Inventory is up: There are 17,975 active listings currently on the market, an 8.1% increase compared to last year.

Homes are taking longer to sell: Properties averaged 45 days on the market, up from 37 days in 2025.

The Bottom Line: With more homes to choose from and prices trending lower, buyers have more room to negotiate than they did a year ago.

Proud moment for our brokerage. 👏

2025 wasn’t an easy year. It demanded grit, resilience, and the ability to keep showing up when things felt heavy. And yet, this group pushed through, stayed consistent, and got it done.

Success in real estate isn’t about one big win — it’s about the daily habits. The calls, the follow-ups, the conversations, the education. Stack enough of those days together and results become inevitable. It’s not if it happens… it’s when. Even in tougher markets.

Congratulations to our 2025 Sales Achievement Award Winners!

Extremely proud of each of you. Enjoy this moment — you earned it. On to what’s next.

Can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!

TORONTO MARKET UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2025 📉🏡

Here’s what the latest TRREB data tells us:

✔ Sales down 15.8% vs last November
✔ New listings down 4%
✔ Average price: $1,039,458 (-6.4% YoY)
✔ MLS® HPI down 5.8%
✔ Month-to-month? Prices + inventory = basically flat

Why?

Many buyers are waiting for better economic news, especially around job security and borrowing costs.

But here’s the key part most people will miss:

📈 November showed stronger-than-expected job and economic growth.

If that trend continues, consumer confidence will rise, and more people may jump into the market in 2026.

What this means for you:

👉 Buyers: You’re still in a window of softer prices + good selection
👉 Sellers: Serious buyers are out there — but strategy matters
👉 Everyone: A shift in confidence could change the pace of the market quickly
