My Story

2007 was the year I joined The Toronto Real Estate Board to continue a family legacy passed on to me by my late mother Renee Bald, who worked in the business for thirty-five years and was considered a pioneer in the industry. Growing up in a household with my mother always wheeling and dealing inadvertently helped me to become the kind of agent I am today: reliable, hardworking, committed to my clients, shrewd in negotiations and above all else, honest.

I bring to Real Estate my inherent understanding of family needs; whether it's a growing family or one that's downsizing. I understand the emotional stresses brought on when buying or selling a house and guide my clients through the process from start to finish with ease and confidence. Creative and resourceful, I always find a solution to any problem. With my advertising/marketing background, I am able to devise unique and effective strategies to sell homes. My role as "mother" provides me with instincts and insights to match the right homes with her buyers. As my clients will attest, I quickly understand their needs and find them the perfect fit.

Since entering into the Real Estate industry in 2007, I have achieved great success. From ranking amongst the top agents in the 'Chairman's Club' at Harvey Kalles Real Estate four years in a row to then leaving and opening my own branch of the well known luxury real estate brokerage 'Forest Hill Real Estate'.

As one of three managing partners of a growing boutique brokerage better known as Forest Hill Downtown. I oversee the day to day operations, manage and mentor agents as well as continuing to buy and sell for my own clients. 2018/19 promises to be another strong year in Real Estate. If there's one thing Vicky Tal understands, it's family. Vicky gets the emotional stresses that come with finding a home for your growing family or trying to downsize once that family has grown. As a single mother of four Vicky also knows the stress divorce can put on a family. She's an expert at helping clients navigate the process of selling homes under challenging circumstances.

Vicky earned her BA from the University of Michigan and began her career in advertising. It was after she spent 12 years devoted to raising her children that Vicky decided her true calling was real estate. Following in her mother's footsteps (a real force of nature who sold real estate for 35 years) Vicky got her license in 2007 and hasn't looked back.
