This notice is intended to inform certain individuals of a privacy incident that may have involved their personal information, including personal health information. On September 13, 2024, RepoMed became aware of an unauthorized third party that gained access to the email account of one of our embryologists. We conducted an extensive email-by-email review of the affected account to identify individuals who may have been affected and to identify the types of information involved. The results of the investigation confirmed that no other email accounts were accessed, nor were any other electronic health or finance records.
