An amazing Canadian team brought together by and as we cheered on Victoria and her mentor for the competition that brings together top culinary talent from across the globe. With a focus on fostering young talent and driving innovation in the kitchen, it’s been such an inspiring experience, getting to be part of the 2024/2025 edition of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition.
What a true joy it’s been to have watched Victoria compete in the Canadian finals in 2024 and to follow her culinary journey all the way to Italy. We were so proudly
