Did you know scientific research shows that sound therapy can have a range of physiological effects on the body?!?! Sound therapy can lower blood pressure and reduce anxiety.

The Crystal Sound Bowls I use are 432 Hz frequency which resonates very closely to the earth's frequency and naturally aligns to the natural body's rhythm. This may improve: sleep quality, overall wellness, physical and mental energy levels, focus during meditation and a greater sense of peace.

Each of the 7 crystal sound bowls corresponds with a chakra in the body. When the sound bowl is played, it resonates at a frequency to create harmony with the corresponding Chakra.

My cat loves Sound Baths! After learning about all of the benefits of sound therapy and experiencing the benefits for myself, I decided to invest in having my own crystal singing bowls to share the healing magic with my cat and others on their healing Journey.

I do a sound bath every morning and night. My cat loves it so much that she sits in the middle of the circle and meows at me until I join her and start playing.

I'm so happy there's a holistic way to support my fur baby's health & wellness. She often purrs & likes to sit on my lap while I play the sound bath. She is quite creative herself and learned that she can create her own "cat sound bath🤣" simply by rubbing against the bowls.

Tonight's full moon represents a season of our life coming to a close. We've gathered all of the knowledge, wisdom and resources that we needed as well as life lessons from that chapter of our lives and we are ready to move forward into the future with a clear mind and clear heart.

If you choose to embrace a full moon ritual you can:

1. Journal about what you have gained, lessons you learned and who you would like to be in the next chapter of your life.

2. Decide who you would like to be in this next chapter of your life. *Set an intention*

3. Create an energetic circle of protection around yourself before starting energy work.

3. Ground your energy

4. Charge a candle with the intention to manifest your desires. Light the candle & allow your desires in.

5. Make an offering of your choice. I like to send positive healing energy to all of the animals, earth & the universe. Choose something pure from your heart that adds value to others.

6. You can take down the circle.
