Valour Legal is appealing the dismissal of the lawsuit by over 300 Canadian Armed Forces members who were releaesed from service due to mandates.

"We need your help to fund the legal appeal for the courageous men and women of the Canadian Armed Forces who stood up against unlawful *****-** ******* mandates. These individuals had the bravery to challenge superiors who issued orders that violated their rights, and for that, they were unjustly dismissed from their careers."

These men and women stood up for and defended Canada throughout their entire careers, including when it mattered most during unprecedented abuse of our rights and freedoms right here at home. Their loyal service and sacrifice has cost them dearly, unjustly ending their faithful careers of service to our country. Please give generously.

Tony Olienick and Chris Carbert are still in jail all these years later. Tony's senior mother and the men's families have been without them for this time and have endured extreme hardship. They were convicted of possession of weapons for a dangerous purpose and mischief, and Tony was additionally convicted of possession of explosives (it was basically a firecracker used in his quarry work and was at home).

Both men were acquitted of the convection the crown actually wanted, conspiracy to commit murder of police. However, in his decision, the judge imposed a sentence of 6 years for Tony and 6.5 years for Chris. The reasons he gave for the sentence basically sounded as if they were convicted of the conspiracy charge, which they we're not.

They are political prisoners. Please give generously.

Josh Alexander of Save Canada came to national notoriety for standing up for his biologically female classmates against intrusions in their female spaces. As a result of his advocacy, he was suspended from his Catholic school and eventually expelled. He was arrested multiple times in the course of standing up for common sense and girls' rights.

He's hosted numerous large protests with other figures in the common sense gender reality scene such as Billboard Chris.

Both of his parents, who were teachers, were fired from their successful careers due to their son's activism.

Josh is a dual citizen and has recently stepped away from the spotlight and moved to the US to focus on his life. All the while, he has been embroiled in a legal fight over the school board's decision.

Unfortunately, the school board has now won and Ontario divisional court dismissed his appeal of their actions. The school board is thus pursuing Josh, who only recently turned 18 throughout the course of this, for costs. Josh intends to appeal the decision but needs help.

Climate zealots in 2050

Prosecutors have dropped charges against four Canadians who challenged the authority of the Quarantine Act by choosing to withhold their personal medical information.

Mark Spence, Aaron Grubb, Evan Kraayenbrink and Elim Sly-Hooten saw their charges dropped after being fined for refusing to disclose their vaccination status through the mandatory ArriveCAN app, and subsequently ordered to quarantine for 14 days.

Mr. Sly-Hooten, supported by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), brought forward a constitutional challenge after being detained by Peel Regional Police, coerced into revealing his personal health information (without benefit of council), and issued a $5000 fine.

The challenge centered on the protections afforded under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms; the right to liberty, to protection from unreasonable search and seizure, to be free from arbitrary arrest and detention, and the right to counsel.

While prosecutors cited lack of public interest as their reason for dismissing charges, we believe the more accurate reason to be the desire to protect the failed ArriveCAN app from constitutional scrutiny.

Similar challenges to the Emergencies Act were also dismissed because they knew it was unlikely to withstand constitutional scrutiny. Both measures were enacted in the same way – use aggressively as the legal authority to target Canadians, then dismiss charges before supporting evidence can be disclosed on discovery, but only after significantly impacting the financial resources of each individual (the true punishment for their noncompliance).

While a personal victory for each, we once again see the federal government “escape accountability for Covid policy decisions that breached Canadians’ Charter rights.”

The government isn’t trying to save your tax dollars by avoiding erroneous cases; they are avoiding them precisely BECAUSE they know just how important these outcomes are in supporting the rights and freedoms of all Canadians.

How much longer are we willing to tolerate being gas lit by our own government? How long before we find a justice who refuses to bend to their political agenda?

Dr. Charles Hoffe is a family doctor and former surgeon in Lytton BC who has been the subject of disciplinary action by the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons (‘the College’) for publicly criticizing SARS-CoV-2, Covid-19 vaccines and the use of ivermectin as a therapeutic treatment for Covid.

The College alleges statements made by Dr. Hoffe are “misleading, incorrect or inflammatory and constitute professional misconduct.” Specifically, they allege he has “contravened standards imposed under the Health Professions Act, including but not limited to the Canadian Medical Association's Code of Ethics and Professionalism”.

While his case continues, the College has attempted to have the disciplinary panel take judicial notice of certain ‘facts’.

Of the eight points they have sought judicial notice of, the panel has declined those referencing vaccines ‘generally’ being safe, viruses not discriminating, and the belief that Covid-19 is more likely to occur in, or become more serious for, those who are not vaccinated.

They have supported two points referencing the position of Health Canada on the use of ivermectin.

They have also approved the final two points with modifications: one implying Covid-19 can kill or cause serious side effects, and a second stating Health Canada had approved the Covid-19 vaccines, while refusing to support the addition that this approval constituted a ‘strong indicator of safety and effectiveness’. The panel held that the safety and efficacy of any drug is relative and can only be determined by evidence and cross examination, rather than one party’s assertions.

The College is claiming that, because public health officials declared something to be true, it is therefore an irrefutable fact.

We are pleased to know that the disciplinary panel has acknowledged this falsehood, expressing the need to ‘prove the facts they assert,’ and allow others ‘to challenge those facts and present contrary evidence.’

We support Dr. Hoffe in his efforts to restore truth and transparency to our health care system. He took an oath to protect his patients, a commitment and standard of care he is fighting to uphold.
