“কার্টুনে বিদ্রোহ” an art exhibition organized by UBSC and earki in Toronto to give a tribute to the artist who made different digital artworks to show solidarity to students who fought against fascism and sacrificed their lives to reform a new secular democratic Bangladesh.
We the United Bangladeshi Students of Canada🇧🇩🇨🇦 have been protesting in Toronto to show our solidarity to the Bangladeshi students. After a 15 long years of enduring fascism, students of Bangladesh have triumphed! On August 5th, 2024, we celebrated our victory and the restoration of democracy. Together, we have paved the way for a future of freedom and inclusivity. The voice of the youth has spoken—democracy and secularism are here to stay!
আমরা ইউনাইটেড বাংলাদেশি স্টুডেন্টস অফ কানাডা🇧🇩🇨🇦 বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতি আমাদের সংহতি প্রকাশ করতে টরন্টোতে গত এক মাস ব্যাপী বিক্ষোভ করছি। দীর্ঘ ১৫ বছরের ফ্যাসিবাদের পর বাংলাদেশের ছাত্রদের বিজয়! ২০২৪ সালের ৫ই আগস্ট, আমরা আমাদের বিজয় এবং গণতন্ত্র পুনরুদ্ধার উদযাপন করেছি। একসাথে, আমরা স্বাধীনতা এবং অন্তর্ভুক্তির ভবিষ্যতের পথ তৈরি করেছি। তরুণদের কণ্ঠস্বর বলছে- গণতন্ত্র ও ধর্মনিরপেক্ষতা এখানেই টিকে থাকবে!
