We're excited about this one!
We start with genoa salami sliced thin and piled high and top it with house made pickled Ontario fennel. We then top it with the most delicious spinach from and sandwich it between basil pesto, garlic aioli, aged cheddar from the cheese boutique and crumble some goat cheese on top, for good measure.
