Congratulations to Jennifer! You were patient and smart, and ended up with a good price for your condo in the tough sub-market of Yorkville. As always, it was my pleasure to help you out.
Congratulations to Scott and Erin Gorman on the closing of their new home! They were patient and thorough and ended up with a great house in a great neighbourhood. It is possible to win in the Toronto Real Estate Market.

A true oasis in the heart of the city. This is a very rarely available 1+1 bedroom at prestigious 18A Hazelton Ave. Imagine Yorkville at your disposal. Shops, restaurants, museums, concerts, parks, schools, U of T, and TTC, all right at your doorstep. This unit was completely renovated in 2007 with Jabota (Brazilian cherry) hardwood floors throughout, intergrated sub-zero refrigerator and (Miele) dishwasher, Wolf cook-top stove and Dacor oven, and 2-zone Liebherr wine storage cabinet. The true gem of this unit is the 400 sqf terrace with Ipe decking that has been featured in Style at Home and Toronto Home. This is a property no to be missed. Photos By Jenny Chisholm

Peter needs a neighbour. Check out this place in the heart of Leslieville. It may be one of the last areas in Toronto with the combination of market value and close to the downtown core.

Congratulation to Jennie Cansfield. She took advantage of the market and got beautiful place at a great price. It was my pleasure to help her out.
This is a good article. If you have any questions about property taxes it will probably answer them. At the least it will help you understand a subject that can be confusing. I know it did for me.

What an insensitive jerk I must seem like. The day of, or the day after, the ice storm a holiday greeting card from me to family and friends arrived in the mail. The image (below) couldn't have been worse. What a terrible reminder for those who had lost power. I think it's a beautiful image taken by a good friend Scott Gorman. It was chosen and printed weeks ago. It was an awful coincidence. I am truly sorry, and I hope everyones lights are back on and that you all had a happy and safe holiday. All the best for 2014.

Terrific location in the exclusive Tridell “Essex II” building. This unit is a bright open concept one bedroom plus a large den and private balcony with downtown skyline views. There’s a outdoor path to Kipling station and its only a short drive to the 427 and the QEW. There are tonnes of amenities In the building: pool, hot tub, gym, party room, billiards, virtual golf, sauna to name a few. Its the perfect place if you’re looking to get into the market or thinking of downsizing for more comfort. Close by Islington Village provides excellent shopping and restaurants. All with the great security of a conseigre and underground parking. Visit ByronRouse.com for details.

Finally the city and developers working together (a bit). Even if the units are small, this might be one of the few condos in Toronto where that's ok. If you live at Queen and Spadina why would you spend any time at home.
New in Toronto Real Estate: 170 Spadina 170 Spadina Those with a keen eye may just recognize this building. Last year this property was called FAD Condos. It's rare in this city that condo names find themselves relevant, but it seems in this case the name has proved fitting. After a year of negotiations with the city...
