Check out our Karma classes on the schedule! For May, The 519 will be recieving all karma class donations. The 519 is committed to the health, happiness and full participation of the 2SLGBTQ+ communities. A City of Toronto agency with an innovative model of Service, Space and Leadership, we strive to make a real difference in people’s lives, while working to advance equity, justice and community strength.
Join us on Thursdays at 6pm at Sterling with our NEW 200 hour yoga teacher training grads to show you what they have learned over the last 6 months. Classes are accessible to all ranging from donations of $5 to $30 with everything going to The 519.
Yoga Fundamentals Tune Up on Saturday, May 2, from 3-5:30pm at the Annex on 440 Bloor St W.
Join .with.phil if you’re new to yoga and want to learn the essentials, or have been practicing for a while and want to make sure you are “doing it right”
This workshop will break it down to move safer, strong, and more informed.

If you’ve been practicing yoga for a while, but you’re just not quite sure if you’re “doing it right”, this workshop is for you. If certain shapes create pain and you’re not sure how to stop that, this workshop is for you.
If you’re new to yoga, find it very exciting, and would like a crash-course in Yogasana fundamentals, this workshop is for you!
In this 2 ½ hour workshop, we will break down essential yoga poses to better understand how to move through them in a safer, stronger, more informed way. Participants will leave feeling uplifted, strong and confident.
Please bring a journal and pen.

Concerts at Mosaic offer an incredible way to hear your favourite, or soon to be, musicians in an intimate, beautiful and unique venue.
Founded in late 2022, Concerts at Mosaic brings the talent of Toronto’s music scene to the incredible acoustics of this unexpectedly perfect concert hall, Mosaic Yoga Sterling.
Each month features a different offering from strings quartets to indie singer/songwriters to experimental classically infused electronic.
