I am passionate about multiple levels of human development and I believe that when we really want something, we can make our goals and dreams come true. In addition I embrace Diversity and Inclusion. I want you to feel safe and understood, so we can work together to help and reach your goals. And in
addition I want to motivate you with the actions that bring you closer to yourself and your true desires! Do know, it will require work and effort and eventually YOU are in control to make it happen. I am here to guide you the way and the path, that you will need to walk yourself. My first step is a intake, to see where you are in your life and which direction you want to go. Based on your needs, I will create a personal path which includes homework and exercises, which we evaluate. As health and mental fitness are required, I will be able to do Reiki healings, to balance the energy in the body which can have a very relaxing result. We will mix the coaching session where sometimes we do both during the day, and other times we do only a coaching or only a healing. This is never confirmed upfront and will be guided by intuition. In December 2019 I completed the Level 1 Reiki Course, where I am CRA- Credited as CRA-RP (Reiki Practitioner)
In February 2021 I completed the course ''Human Sexuality'' which helps to address multiple levels of Gender Identity and Sexuality/Sexual preference where people might want to grow in. I also followed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Program and IDI inventory. In my offerings I have a different program for business compared to for individuals but either way I want to bring out the Authentic self's! So with the combination of those courses I know that my coaching style is not only coaching, it is also a healing and getting more self acceptance and awareness. You have the option to add Reiki which can help to balance the energy and to make you feel more relaxed. It might have more positive effect on you, at the same time my main goal is the relaxing itself. As I believe Human and Pets are very much connected, I also invite you to take your pet with you. As when you improve your life, your pet might have benefits of it too! This means that sometimes our coaching sessions will be done through a walk in the park, and other times in my house with a reiki healing, depending on multiple factors. Due to the fact I am not Animal Practitioner yet and like to require more practice, I will do this free of charge, as long as you approve me to use the experience for my upgraded certification.
