We were delighted to host our most recent BMG Associates Meeting on April 20, 2025—a truly energizing gathering that brought together a strong turnout of our valued associates and trainers. The session reflected not only the depth of expertise within our network but also the shared commitment to driving meaningful impact across the communities we serve.

During the meeting, BMG leadership provided key updates on several strategic priorities and initiatives shaping our path forward.

The energy, insights, and collaboration demonstrated during the meeting reaffirm the collective strength of the BMG network. We are grateful to all associates and trainers who joined us and continue to contribute their expertise, passion, and leadership.

Together, we move forward with purpose—building capacity, fostering innovation, and creating lasting impact.

David Rivard's latest message on “leading the empty chair” is a powerful reminder of what leadership truly demands—presence, empathy, and the courage to consider voices not in the room.

When we bring soul into leadership, we move beyond decision-making into true stewardship. That shift has the potential to address some of the world’s most complex challenges and, ultimately, make it a better place for all. It starts with a simple but profound truth: others share the same hopes, fears, and aspirations—we just need to lead with that awareness.

BMG is proud to build on this momentum by announcing our partnership with David Rivard BSW, MSW, RSW, Dr. Hugh Drouin, and Malcolm Bernstein in delivering a life-changing BMG Board Development Intensive Governance Program.
