Honestly, May felt like survival mode. Between the boys getting sick and then me catching it too, it was a lot. But in the middle of all that, there were still some really special moments I’m grateful for.

I’m at an age where everything’s shifting: priorities compete, I feel constantly behind, yet I want my kids to see self care in action. Something clicked recently and I started dancing again. I realized I wasn’t filling my cup and I needed to go back to what I truly love to find my spark again. 💃🥹❤️✨
