Red Design + Build

Red is more than just a bold colour, but rather the new name of property development in the heart of Toronto We're not only changing the real estate game, but also redefining the the term "custom build" and bringing back the artistic ingenuity to the industry - whether it's preserving rustic architecture or creating the ultimate technology-inspired home, we've got you covered! Home owners and real estate agents alike are quickly learning why Red is becoming such a formidable force within the city and yet maintains its boutique business structure - allowing every client to enjoy the process of seeing their dream home come to life. From blueprint to demolition to conception, Red works with clients to make sure the home doesn't just fit their vision, but also their lifestyle. Your home shouldn't just be a roof over your head, but a representation of who are you - from the front door to every room. Our custom building is like custom clothing; tailored to fit you - we don't believe or support the notion of 'off-the-rack' properties. Contact us for a consultation and experience the difference. With Red, you'll always come home to something amazing!
