Rockstar Games just updated their website and quietly dropped three brand new GTA 6 screenshots!

Here is everything revealed in the new images:
- The Ocean View Returns: The first shot confirms the return of the iconic Ocean View Hotel sitting on a neon soaked strip. You can also spot a row of rentable electric scooters parked on the sidewalk.

- City Scale & Traffic: The second image shows a massive highway leading into the downtown skyline, packed with a huge variety of vehicles including a taxi, a box truck, and multiple sports cars.

- Underground Car Meets: The final screenshot reveals a massive street culture scene at a "Conch King" parking lot. The lot is packed with unique NPCs hanging around custom cars with open doors and neon underglow.

Cardi B is officially teasing her upcoming GTA 6 song, and she is fully cosplaying as Lucia to promote it.

Here is what we know about the drop:
- The Lucia Cosplay: Cardi B is promoting the track by wearing the exact same "BADDIE" top that Lucia was wearing during the recent GTA 6 Extended Look.
- The Release Date: The highly anticipated GTA 6 song officially drops tomorrow.

Having massive artists recreating in-game outfits to promote their music proves just how big this marketing run is going to be.

Do you think her song will be the main track for a Vice City radio station?

IGN just dropped an incredibly detailed breakdown of new GTA 6 gameplay mechanics, confirming massive upgrades to the open world.

Here are the biggest features revealed:
- RDR2 Mechanics: Safehouses feel like Red Dead camps where Jason and Lucia have their own routines. You can also study animals and experience cinematic slow-motion kills.
- Deep Immersion: Your phone is now a physical object in your hand. You can store weapons and clothes in vehicle trunks, and even catch Jason in the shower when switching characters.
- Smarter NPCs: Civilians notice if you eavesdrop or follow them. Some carry weapons to start violence, and taking a taxi can lead to full conversations with other passengers.
- Advanced Combat: You can defuse situations by aiming without firing, shoot guns directly out of enemies' hands, and incapacitate targets by shooting their limbs.
- The Crime System: Robberies have a "greed vs speed" mechanic blow a safe quickly for damaged loot, or crack it slowly for full value. Cops can also surround buildings, and wanted stars stay hollow if they do not have your physical description.

Rockstar is pushing the boundaries of realism further than ever before.

You can essentially get the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition for the exact same price as the Standard Edition using this Costco discount loophole.

Here is how to get the discount:
- The Deal: Costco members can currently buy a $100 PlayStation gift card for only $79.99 USD (or $89.99 CAD).
- The Upgrade: Buying these discounted cards to fund your PlayStation wallet directly offsets the price jump for the Ultimate Edition.
- The Deadline: This promotional pricing officially ends on October 11th.
- Region Limits: The sale is exclusively available to shoppers in the US and Canada.

This is the smartest way to lock in the premium game bonuses and saving about 10 bucks.

Thank you Rockstar Games for sending this surprise GTA 6 package❤️ just posted the video 📦

Former Rockstar Games co founder and lead writer Dan Houser just revealed that he has completely avoided watching the GTA 6 Extended Look.

In a recent interview, he explained his reasoning:
- Creative Focus: He stated that he actively avoids anything that could "distract or disrupt" his creative process.
- No Comparisons: Rather than watching the footage and comparing it to what he would have done differently, he prefers to focus on entirely new ways of building games.
- Moving On: Houser was the primary narrative architect behind both the GTA and Red Dead Redemption franchises before leaving to start his new studio, Absurd Ventures.
- The Next Chapter: He also confirmed that new details regarding his upcoming open-world game at Absurd Ventures will be revealed in the next few months.

It is completely understandable that he wants to keep his own creative vision completely separate from Rockstar's current direction.
