We are proud to be featured in Food in Canada as we take a major step forward: bringing our Glacial Treasure brand to Fortinos locations across the Greater Toronto Area, with products hitting shelves June 2026.

As a family-owned poultry processing company based in Scarborough, Ontario, this milestone means a lot. D&D Poultry was founded by Kostas and Anastasia Dikeos, expanded by the second generation, and now with the third generation of the Dikeos family joining the business, we are officially entering the retail channel.

“This is a family business in every sense of the word. Having the third generation come on board as we launch Glacial Treasure at Fortinos makes this moment even more special for all of us,” says Betty Dikeos, COO, D&D Poultry.
