外脆內軟的菠蘿包出爐啦！
菠蘿包，係香港的經典美食。 原身是一種從英國傳進來的甜味麵包，因為口味過於簡單，被香港人添加砂糖、牛油、豬油等徹底改頭換面了一番。
我哋嘅菠蘿包，唔落臭粉同豬油，都可以做到鬆化嘅菠蘿包 。採用湯種法大大提高麵團的吸水性，令到麵包更外酥內軟，口感豐富。
