Workman Arts is raising $25,000 over the upcoming months๐จMake a donation at workmanarts.com/donate/
Dear Friends,
For , we are initiating the "๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฑ" fundraising campaign to raise $๐ฎ๐ฑ,๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ over the upcoming months as the team eventually shifts their attention to Rendezvous with Madness in the fall, and then BEING SCENE Curated to start 2027.
More than a showcase of artwork, BEING SCENE affirms that every experience carries value, complexity, and dignity. The diversity of artists, mediums, and styles demonstrates that there is no one way to share and interpret lived experience.
Workman Arts recognizes art as an important tool for shaping a world that better supports those living with mental health and addiction. Art allows us to communicate, creating inspiration for dialogue. It offers stories without prescribing how they should be interpreted.
Our work cannot be sustained without the continued support of our community, readers like you.

When an artwork is created, it becomes an expression of an artist's inner world.
The artist considers how best to translate thought, emotion, memory, and experience into physical form.
Yet, there is no way to guarantee how art will be interpreted. Each of us approaches a work through a lens informed by our own perspectives and histories.
Acts of expression resist isolation by reminding us that understanding is not passive; it is something we practice. The practice is further enhanced when we do so in community.
Workman Arts continues to support evolving our understanding of mental health and addiction by fostering opportunities for creation and presentation for artists with lived experience.
By supporting Workman Arts, you help empower uniquely talented artists while challenging and advancing evolving perspectives on mental health.
