Summer Encore continues through August 31, with a three-course lunch and dinner menu celebrating the flavours of the season.

A glimpse at what’s on the menu: Beef Tenderloin and Zucchini Tartare at lunch followed by selections such as Salmon and Pavlova with coconut cream and strawberries at dinner. Thoughtful, ingredient-driven dishes made for summer dining at GEORGE.
