On this day in 2019, we opened the doors to our Roncesvalles flagship for the very first time.

Canada has always been at the heart of Outclass.

When I started this brand in 2010, I made a promise to build something here. To create clothing with integrity, to work with Canadian factories, and to prove that quality manufacturing still has a place in this country. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve never questioned that decision.

Sixteen years later, we’re still making our garments on Canadian soil, and I have no intention of changing that.

Every collection, every stitch, and every step forward has only been possible because of the people who choose to support this little Canadian brand. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just found us recently, thank you. Your support means more than you know. You’re helping keep Canadian craftsmanship alive.

There are moments when you realize you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Standing in Paris, presenting the SS27 collection after months of work, reminded me why I started Outclass in the first place. To create thoughtful clothing, push myself creatively, and build something that lasts.

The heat was relentless. Over 40°C, every day was exhausting. But those conversations with retailers, reconnecting with friends from around the world, and seeing people genuinely excited about the collection made it all worthwhile.

This season I challenged myself to try things I never have before, from innovative fabrics to entirely new styles. That’s what keeps it exciting.

Back to Toronto now. Fall/Winter production starts, new ideas are already taking shape, and the work continues.
