We might be able to obtain some subsidies for the rest of the building. The good news is that we can house more people in need; The bad news is that we will not be able to allocate units to those who have applied. I will know by next Friday.
We do not accept applications for subsidized units. Anyone needing subsidy will unfortunately have to apply to the housing connections waiting list.

Applications are coming in! Return your application quickly for better selection of apartments.

This is the last weekend to request an application before ads are posted publicly! Let your friends know and if you want one, please get in touch.
There are very few apartments available so we'll probably have enough applications to fill the building within a day of the first ad being posted.

Floor plans are uploaded and applications are now available! On February 8th we will begin general marketing. Please let your friends know about our page so they can be the first to apply. Contact [email protected] to get an application.

When applying for Monaco Place, we will be asking for your Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada. We will accept 2009 until June and we recommend filing your 2009 taxes if you haven't done so yet.

We are preparing application forms now. We will be updating the contact information shortly and adding unit plans by the end of next week.
