So much of this work goes unseen.
The long hours
the problem solving
the physical toll
the constant care required to work with something alive and perishable.

Weather
timing
fragile stems
tired hands
and the constant balance between art and logistics.

It’s pressure
patience
and persistence.

This industry humbles you
and strengthens you at the same time.

It demands resilience
and attention
and heart.

But in return,
it gives meaning.

To create something fleeting and beautiful
and send it into someone’s life at exactly the right moment,
is why we do it.

And none of it would be possible
without this team
whose hands
hearts
and quiet dedication bring that beauty to life every single day.

Grateful for each of you.

A slightly late Mexico City photo dump because the emotional whiplash from tacos to grocery shopping is real.

Mexico City has been sitting at the top of our list for almost a decade and we finally snuck away kid-free. What started as a girls trip with my Alice, turned into the best little escape for all of us.

Parks, tacos, mezcal, markets, art, colour, architecture,
sound, vibes, this city is alive in a way that stays with you.

Should I make a travel guide of my top things to do, see and eat?

November 11. Lest We Forget.

Today is a pause in the noise.
A pause in the arguing.
A pause in the endless rush of our own lives.

Because long before we were here
someone else stood in the cold
stood in the mud
stood in the unknown
so we could stand here at all.

They left home not knowing if they’d return.
They traded their youth for our future.
They carried fear quietly
so we could carry freedom lightly.

Some never came back.
Some came back changed forever.
All of them gave something they could never get back.

And still today
there are men and women who continue to serve
who put on their uniforms and step into danger
so the rest of us can step into our day without fear.
They carry a weight most of us will never fully understand.

Every cross is a name whispered by a family.
Every poppy is a heartbeat that once loved and was loved.
Every flag is a reminder that our everyday comforts
once cost someone everything.

To those who gave their lives
thank you.
To those who came home with scars we cannot see
thank you.
To those who continue to stand watch in a world still heavy with conflict
thank you.
To the families who carry the empty chairs and quiet ache
thank you.

Your bravery shaped the country we get to wake up in.
We remember you today
and every day we’re free to dream, speak, gather
and come home safe.

We will never forget you.
❤️💔🥀
