We are so excited to announce that celebrity movement guru Jana Webb, founder of JOGA, will be leading our movement session at the Sunrise Social this Sunday May 28th!

Jana led an unforgettable morning last season with our community and her JOGA practice is one heck of an effective mind body workout. NBA stars and pro athletes swear by her workouts for longevity, and the type of strength that we rarely tap in to. We are grateful to have her guide us this Sunday and help us connect more deeply with our bodies!

The very first JOGA STRONG RETREAT in the books ! It’s hard to wrap up a meaningful experience with a few words. My intention for this retreat was to give the guest education, purpose, inspiration and most importantly leave them feeling STRONG - physically, emotionally & spiritually; The bonus was a beautiful experience of human connection . We laughed, we cried , we conked, we sang , we danced , we moved, we meditated, we spa’d, we ate , we drank… we shared. I think we got it done gang . So proud of all of you . This past weekend JOGA was included in a wellness event here in Toronto curated by our old friend and the brilliant from . Almost400 people gathered at 630 am to move, breath, meditate, practice cold exposure and experience outdoor saunas all for the goal of improved well being.

Meet Chantal Denis an Authorized JOGA Coach in Calgary, Alberta.

Why JOGA?

I have always led an active lifestyle. Playing competitive sports through my youth and still finding ways to move my body that is challenging and fun. JOGA is one of those ways. I have been a yoga instructor for 10 years and that journey brought me to JOGA.

Jana’s mindfulness around cueing is what makes Joga such an amazing program. Creating stability before mobility and moving within the persons range of motion insures every body stays safe.

What I love about JOGA is that it incorporates breath-work into its program, so not only are you getting all the amazing benefits physically, you are also gaining them mentally. JOGA helps balance out the nervous system and with the pressures or stresses of our sport or even just everyday life the tools Joga provides is a game changer.

The JOGA program has helped me both physically and mentally. My mobility and balance are day and night compared to when I first started JOGA. The focus that comes with JOGA has allowed me to improve my mental game both consciously and subconsciously. This translates to my game as well, both on the floor and in the gym when training. What I enjoy the most about JOGA is the constant learning and improvement, there’s so much to be done within JOGA that there is no real ceiling, I’m always improving and getting better.

I consider JOGA a secret weapon. It’s incredible when you start to play your sport again and realize you have that extra inch or two whether it be reaching for a ball or extending to make a hit, anything at all. JOGA also teaches you how to use your breath to calm down and recover faster, only making you better. I can see the difference in athleticism when I compare myself to other athletes in my sport or who I train with solely because of JOGA.

My JOGA coach is Dr.Jo. I love that she always holds me accountable and even if she’s had 10 sessions during the day and seen 10 clients she still shows up as her genuine self and puts the work in so I can put my work in. She has learned a ton about lacrosse on her own account to simply better our sessions and better tend to what I need most. She also brings an incredible mental game to it, making me sit in holds and clear my mind of any pain to keep going. She's awesome!
