White asparagus season is one of those blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments.
Grilled Ontario white asparagus, lemon & anchovy butter, crispy chicken skin crumble, and egg yolk gel.
A little rich, a little salty, and only around for a short time.
June never lasts as long as we'd like but still we always keep it seasonal around here.

We concluded our 10-year anniversary month the only way we know how: loud, proud, a little unhinged and with the roof wide open. ☀️
We kicked off Pride Month with a Drag Brunch starring ✨Tynomi Banks✨ and Vitality Black, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish - energy up, glasses full, vibes fully unbothered.
