For this upcycled kimono, I combined a fabric that has a satiny sheen to it with a lighter weight fabric with a soft yet raw finish, but with a similar fantastic and feminine fuscia palette. The finished product is a comfy cozy layer that sparkles in the light and is perfect for holiday gatherings. And you won’t risk anyone else having the same outfit, as it’s one of a kind!

Sometimes the best part of the upcycling process is finding two complimentary fabrics in your stash that pair together beautifully because of their colour, pattern, and texture. This kimono is soft and silky and the two fabrics look like they were meant to be together.

I’ll be working on a few more of these and all will be available or message to reserve/purchase.

Here’s a few of the sweet Sugar Sack Snap Scarves that will be moving into the Arts Market tomorrow. Multiple snaps allow you to wear it close to the neck or more loosely for a relaxed fit, higher up over the chin or lower down on the chest, and a scooped back keeps that area left exposed by your jacket protected from the elements. Each one is unique and one of a kind, combined with fabric remnants and vintage sugar sacks.
$45 each, DM to reserve.
Shipping available for $5.

Lingerie? Evening accessory? Poolside coverup? Or all of the above?
What was likely hand dyed mustard yellow fabric fades down into a neutral beige. The ombré effect is finished with by a lilac satin and cotton lace trim for an extra touch of femininity.
The fabric is likely a raw silk or silk blend. Very delicate and sheer. Upcycled and repurposed, so some minor flaws to the fabric.

DM to reserve. Pickup or shipping available.
