It's December! Only a month to go before 2016 is history. If you're a first time condo buyer shopping for condo, there's no doubt you're experiencing fierce competition amongst other buyers.
In spite of the fact that it's winter season. And amidst the tightening inventory.
There continues to be strong demand for entry level condos no matter where you're looking in the city.
Condo prices are jumping. Not because of 'magical' market factors that seem to defy logic. But because of pure and simple supply and demand.
Housing is getting more expensive. First time buyers are looking for alternatives. Condos remain affordable (for the time being). So many first time home buyers are turning to condos instead of houses.
