Aasna is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who helps lead the Wellness Weekends program. With advanced training in counselling and psychotherapy, she is passionate about making mental health support accessible and creating spaces where individuals can learn, connect, and thrive.
✨ Meet Ana Mojsoska, Volunteer Program Lead
Ana supports the planning and development of Wellness Weekends by researching themes, connecting with facilitators, and helping coordinate events. A recent McMaster University graduate in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour, she is passionate about creating meaningful wellness experiences for the community.
