Jewish Joy with the Toronto Elementary School Teachers. An incredible way to celebrate Jewish Heritage Month with Jewish and non-Jewish educators and friends.

It was fantastic having you all on the dance floor. Fun moves, lots of giggles, inspiration and more learning about dances and vocabulary through them. It was joyous indeed ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿฅฐ dancing has no barriers, a place where we all come together as one.

I've learned so much about the history of Jews from India and Yemen, about beats and music lessons tips, drawing perspectives, the origins of Hebrew language and ramifications, food to enjoy and more... ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณโœก๏ธ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ช

It was truly an inspiring and educational evening, so staying to pack sandwiches for was a no brainer.

I hope to see all of your students in showing their moves in joy, support, identity or whatever inspires them.

Although today is the last day of Jewish Heritage Month. We are all here to stay, so let's keep the celebration going all-year-round. Come join me in unity ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿ’™

Last week we all felt again a glimpse of fresh air for showing our Jewish Pride. Something that used to be taken for granted.

We danced, danced and danced some more. There were hundreds of people from all backgrounds that came to see us, aplaud us, show their support...and some even joined us on the dance floor ๐Ÿ‘

Just look at the smiles on everyone's faces. It was incredible to observe a very long line of people waiting to have their names written in Hebrew by members of the , .families.connected was demonstrating the braiding of the challah, allowing participants to feel the texture of the dough as they grabbed their own recipe to prepare at home along with a children storybook. These was one organization I haven't met before and I am so happy we did.

was creating awareness of the incredible work that they do.

representing with our traditional lox and cream cheese bagels as they invite everyone to their next event. While visitors learned from the banners about the Jewish people in the area and their origins and savor a pastry brought in by Grosindzky's bakery.

Thank you for proving a space to celebrate with pride and joy . Thank you CAO for your strong, positive, welcoming and supportive words, and for dancing with us ๐Ÿ’– Thank you for your extraordinary MCing of the event and dancing with us and other members of the community. Thank you Naomi W for the warm introduction and invitation to participate at this event. ๐Ÿ™Œ

I know you are Pesach mode, so I am...yet still on Purim debrief. It was an honour to start the party and get everyone moving as the celebrated a couple of weeks ago.

We are here always to celebrate, heal wounds, move, rejoice, stay together and smile. Let's dance to that!

Dancing is life

A new analysis shows that moving to music with others can be a powerful way to ease symptoms of depression. Unlike walking or yoga, dance engages the brain in a unique โ€œneurochemical symphony,โ€ blending physical activity with joy, connection, and self-expression. Here's why it helps and how to harness it, according to experts: https://on.natgeo.com/4cgaQxw

What were you doing last Tu Bishvat? I went to the "Jungle"... well not quite, I went to Bogotรก.

The people, vegetation, music, atmosphere and all was just as good.

Feliz/Happy Tu Bishvat!

Until next time...

Tell me Tu Bishvat is coming without telling me Tu Bishvat is coming. ๐Ÿซ’๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‡

2 days of dancing with this beautiful community. Not only it was my first time teaching 300 kids + staff all on one dance floor, but they kept it as a surprise from me until the very last minute.

Thank you for the opportunity ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด...until next time

Venezuelans are know for many things, including their dancing skills. Come and celebrate with me the beginning of the end of the dictatorship in my country ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ช

PLEASE JOIN ME IN DANCING "VENEZUELA". flood the internet in celebration.

Venezuela is starting to find a light at the end of the tunnel. There are still lots of questions about what the future holds, how and when things will unfold, including how will they get rid of the narcos and terrorists for a better life for the Jewish community and the rest of the population. Some people aren't happy of the back business Trump has with the oil, but the truth is that it could mean more jobs and more money for Venezuela regardless of the US benefiting from it. The price paid up until yesterday by all Venezuelans is greater.

My family is scattered all across the globe. I personally haven't been there in 19 years and have no place closer than Mexico to be able to renew my passport, if I wanted to thanks to the Chavez and Maduro's regime.

One thing it is certain: this is the beginning of a better country ๐Ÿฅณ

Let's get dancing ๐Ÿ’ƒ
