Some works in progress and writing underway so that I, as part of the next generation can pass on these stories as the era of living survivors is sadly dwindling out. It's hard to find the words sometimes but I keep pushing on so that we may Let's heal our world, one story at a time

Today is the 82nd anniversary of Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass. From November 9-10 in 1938, a wave of orchestrated violence against Jews spread across Germany, as synagogues and shops were destroyed, Jews beaten and murdered, and thousands arrested. Today, amidst rising hate, it's more important than ever that we remember the horrors of Kristallnacht and the crucial lesson we take from it: Never again.

Like so many, I miss live theatre. A few days before the pandemic shutdown I found out my short play made it into a festival in Louisiana. Hard to say when/if that will still happen. Holding onto that hope for a safe return.

📖 Book arrived, although of course sad that the festival itself, where it was to launch, had to be postponed. I look forward to when we can share our stories on the stage together, and until then I look forward to reading work from the other playwrights.
