PRODIGY is excited to announce that we have been awarded the construction of a new Maison Birks location in Edmonton, AB. The new store will follow in the same new design concept as several previous locations and focus on “opening up” the retail floor to their brand partners; Tag Heuer, Cartier, Messika and Breitling. Construction will begin mid-February 2018 and handover is set for early April 2018. We look forward to our further collaborations with the Birks brand throughout Canada in 2018!

PRODIGY is excited to announce the award of the newest Chocolats Favoris in Guelph, ON! The Quebec chocolatier is aggressively expanding here in Ontario and we are proud to be involved in their latest development within the province. The new 2,500sqft location will begin construction mid – January 2018 and look at completion in early spring of 2018. PRODIGY is looking forward to bringing the twelve dip chocolate bar experience to the Tri – Cities !!!

PRODIGY is thrilled to announce the award of Under Armour’s newest Canadian location in Edmonton, AB. The 10,000sqft+ Factory House location will be a tenant at the Outlet Collection Edmonton near the Edmonton International Airport. The Outlet Collection Edmonton is a new retail shopping centre development led by Montreal based real estate and asset firm Ivanhoe Cambridge. Construction is set to begin the middle of February 2018 and complete in early May 2018. Coordination for this retail project will be based out of Prodigy’s Vancouver office.

PRODIGY is excited to announce the award of the new interior construction of a TD Bank located on the University of British Columbia campus in Vancouver, BC. The new branch will occupy a streetfront location within Wesbrook Mall and serve the large student population attending the lower mainland university. Construction will be coordinated out of Prodigy’s Vancouver office and begin in the coming weeks; completion is set for an early spring of 2018 handover!

PRODIGY was proud to hand over the new Zara CF Sherway Flagship this past Fall here in Toronto, ON. The new location boasts 30,000sqft of retail, including Women’s, Men’s, Kid’s and Baby departments. Taking advantage of the airspace within CF Sherway’s Nordstrom’s Wing of the shopping centre, Zara was able to introduce their new ‘Fin de Obra’ storefront design. Backlit LED metal extrusions adhered to a two – storey structurally reinforced 40’ high glass façade provide the storefront with a measure of distinction vis-à-vis their neighbors! We are wishing our client a very successful holiday shopping season ahead …

We’re getting there … !!! PRODIGY is nearly complete with the construction of the new Nespresso Pop-Up location at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, AB.

PRODIGY was proud to be involved in the construction of the new Starbucks King West location at Toronto’s trendy Thompson Hotel. The new coffee shop adds much in the way of custom design with faux concrete panelling, black powder coated metal lattice canopies, and polished/sealed exposed concrete floors and columns. This was one of four Starbucks locations PRODIGY had under simultaneous construction along the busy King West corridor this past spring 2017.

PRODIGY is excited to have been awarded the new Maje location in Vancouver, BC. The Paris based ready – to – wear clothing brand will be joining the many retailers currently at the McArthurGlen Fashion Outlet in Richmond. The Maje brand prides itself on the authentic quirkiness and sharp details associated with many of its pieces. We look forward to handover towards the end of November 2017!

PRODIGY is excited to be awarded the first Sandro location in British Columbia. The Paris based fashion retailer has chosen the lower mainland to open their third location in Canada. The new shop will be located at the McArthurGlen Luxury Fashion Outlet in Richmond, BC. The boutique will cover an area of approximately 2,000sqft and will house many of the brands iconic articles of clothing. Construction handover will be late November of this year!
