A blend of oak-aged beer and fresh beer, this take on a Belgian farmhouse style from Bellwoods Brewery is refined and balanced, with rich Brett notes and lots of complimentary citrus.

Champagne-like carbonation carries lemon meringue aromatics.

Have you tried Rochefort 6? It's only brewed for a few weeks per year and represents a very small percentage of the beer produced at the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy, so it's more elusive than Rochefort 8 or 10. Decoy Bar was lucky enough to grab the last case available in Ontario this year.

Fruity with notes of biscuit, caramel, raisins, and a touch of cloves, it's relatively mild and dry for a 7.5% beer. Enjoy this incredible Trappist ale at Decoy while it's available!
