We are now hiring for the position(s) for the 2022 Spring and Summer seasons:

- Hardscape/Landscape Skilled Labourer

Position(s) are part-time/full-time (seasonal) with the potential for year-round employment and future growth and advancement in this field.

- Have effective communication and time management skills
- Be highly motivated, self-driven and detail-oriented
- Be able to work both independently with little supervision or as part of the team
- Be punctual and have a positive outlook in working as a team member

Responsibilities & Duties:

Landscaping Crew Members are to...

-Assist with Interlock Paving & Retaining Walls
- Adhere to company and local health & safety policies
- Carry out Landscaping services and related activities
- Conduct assigned tasks in a timely matter
- Keep tools, equipment and sites well maintained, clean and organized

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in Landscaping (Interlocking & Retaining Walls)
- Previous experience operating Landscaping Equipment & Tools
- Valid Good Standing Driver’s License *REQUIRED*
- Reliable transportation to and from our yard and the worksite (Preferred/Not Required)
- Access to a mobile phone
- Ability to safely operate Landscaping equipment or tools
- Ability to read maps, follow GPS navigation, and fill out logs
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods/carry out other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Snow Crew Member
- Equipment Operators
- Salt Truck Drivers
These positions are part-time/full-time (seasonal) with the potential for year-round employment and future growth and advancement in this field.

- Visit properties to clear snow and apply deicing materials
- Adhere to company and local health & safety policies
- Carry out snow clearing services and related activities
- Conduct assigned tasks in a timely matter
- Keep tools, equipment and sites well maintained, clean and organized

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in snow clearing operations (Preferred/Not Required)
- Previous experience operating a snow plower or sidewalk tractor (Preferred/Not Required)
- Valid good standing driver’s license *REQUIRED*
- Reliable transportation to and from our yard and the worksite (Preferred/Not Required)
- Access to a mobile phone
- Ability to safely operate snow clearing equipment or tools
- Ability to read maps, follow GPS navigation, and fill out logs
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods/carry out other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (Especially undesirable winter weather)
- On-call and available 24/7, including holidays (Dependant on weather)
