As summer comes to an again, let's finish it off with a non-alcoholic adaptation of the classic Negroni
NEGRONI
1 oz Gin
1 oz Novara Aperativo
0.5 oz Apéritif Rosso
0.5 oz Pathfinder
Garnish: Orange Wedge
1. Stir all ingredients and serve in a rocks glass over one large cube of ice.

Let's get tropical! Today is National Day and while we do love the classic, I've decided to go for an Asian twist with more unique flavours!
SILK ROAD MAI TAI
Ingredients:
2 oz Ginger and Lemongrass Infused Rum
1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
0.5 oz Sesame Seed Orgeat
0.5 oz Mint and Black Pepper Syrup
Garnish: Mint Sprig and Passion Fruit Seeds
Method:
1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Strain into a rocks glass half filled with crushed ice
3. Top with more crushed ice
4. Garnish with mint and passion fruit

Happy National Day! I finally went to the US a few weeks ago and got my hands on so what better way to start trying it out than using it in a whiskey sour?
Today's drink is a floral adaptation of the classic cocktail featuring earl grey and lavender
EARL GREY WHISKEY SOUR
Ingredients:
2 oz rooibos Earl Grey Infused Whiskey
1 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Lavender Syrup
2 dash New Orleans Style Bitters
1 oz Egg White
Preparation:
1. Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Mediterranean Orchard Spritz
1 oz Apple and Pear Oleo Saccharum
1 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Ginger and Cardamom Infused Dry Secco
Basil Leaves
Garnish: Basil Sprig
1. Muddle basil in the bottom of a shaker
2. Add apple and pear oleo saccharum, lime juice, and ice and shake until well-chilled
3. Fine strain into an ice-filled wine glass
4. Top with ginger and cardamom infused Dry Secco
5. Garnish with a fresh sprig of basil

And nothing says bourbon like an old fashioned
Maple-Citrus Old-Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz Kentucky 74
0.5 oz Maple-Citrus Syrup
2 dash Aromatic Bitter
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method:
1. Smoke an old-fashioned glass with fresh rosemary
2. Add bourbon, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass and stir with ice until well-chilled
3. Strain over 1 large ice-cube into the smoke filled old-fashioned glass
4. Garnish with orange peel

Happy National Mint Julep Day! Here's a non-alcoholic adaptation of the classic Kentucky Derby cocktail. This one features not one but two different non-alcoholic whiskeys.
Mint Julep
1 oz Kentucky 74
1 oz Whiskey
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
10 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Sprig
1. Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of a julep cup
2. Add the whiskeys and some crushed ice and churn
3. Top up with more crushed ice
4. Garnish with mint sprig

Springthyme Pearfection 🌷
Ingredients:
2 oz Pear Juice
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 Thyme Syrup
2 oz Dry Secco
Garnish: Thyme Sprig, Pear Slice
Method:
1. Shake pear juice, lemon juice, and thyme syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Top with Gruvi Dry Secco
4. Garnish with pear and thyme

Hope you all had a good mother's day! Happy . Here's part 2 of the RTDs from that I picked up at . These are great for those who don't want a drink that's too sweet as they're light and very low in sugar!
Crack open and pour into an ice-filled glass and compliment with a nice grapefruit slice and you're good to go!

Happy World Cocktail Day! Who says today is just for alcoholic drinks? I'd like to think today also includes non-alcoholic cocktails. Let's celebrate a day full of creativity in making great tasting drinks, whether or not they have alcohol.
I might be outside the city and away from my bar cart but still tried to whip something up.
Spring Blossom
2 oz Kentucky 74
2 oz Chamomile Tea
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
4 dash Rose Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
3. Garnish with lemon
