First day on the job at the renal program, and look who is (still!!) on the wall!

Something I've been less vocal about is my growing abilities as a healer. Using reiki with my counselling clients has been a wonderful integration of mind-body-spirit. Though, you don't have to be a therapy client to do reiki with me! It is a powerful healing modality on it's own. Having done all three levels of the Usui Shiki Ryoho method with the incredible Jodi Lynn, i'm thrilled to be able to now TEACH reiki to anyone who is interested. In level 1, you'll learn how to use the reiki on yourself. Who's interested? Which Sunday in November would work for you the 12th, 19th or 26th?

New dates added! I'm going to try rolling 6-week sessions...seems like the most flexible approach. I hope you'll join me...and let me be totally transparent about something. Making a commitment to regular movement is HARD, even for those of us who TEACH it. This is MY accountability tool - so join me on Saturday mornings, and let's get our beautiful bodies moving with intention, while strengthening our core and having a blast!

I made it!! Last assignment was handed in on Thursday! It was a slog at the end, but with the unwavering support of and the rest of my family and friends I’m just here weeks of placement away from finishing the MSW!! I can feel lightness and wonder seeping back into my weary soul.

You can find me this weekend putting the Christmas decorations away and pulling weeds, and I could be happier!
