The Toronto housing market had a year of change in 2024! Hereโs what you need to know:

New Listings: Up 15.04%, giving buyers more choice.

Average Price: $1,103,468, up slightly from $1,102,276 in 2023.

Another one done! Purchased as an investment property. I also found excellent tenants for the space for my client. They were thrilled with the quality tenants I brought to them. Can also say this was a buyer with confidence in the market. My client plans to have her daughter move in one day rather than buy at a later date when prices have likely gone up.

Just in time for Summer! Incredible views from my clientโs new boujie condo in downtown Toronto. The building comes with a pool and one of the best restaurants to meet with friends over food or just for cocktails. Some of the best views of downtown. Enjoy!

Generally speaking, of course. Best to speak to your mortgage agent/broker as your annual income qualifying amount could change based on rate, amortization period, property taxes, maintenance fees (if any), and a credit score of 680 or above.

Congrats to my buyers who scored this gem. We all agreed once we walked in, this was the one. This amazing loft has 12 foot ceiling, open concept, extra large bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. Did I mention the the unobstructed views and CN tower view right when you walk in. Great home for these two to grow into for years to come. ๐

Hard lofts are great for holding their value. This unit was purchased as an investment. Unique inventory that stands out from the rest can help rent out faster even in those down markets we saw during COVID.
