What is a micro bit? 🤔
A micro bit is essentially a pocket-sized computer 💻 packed with inputs, outputs, sensors and radio communication features that will allow us to be creative with our coding and have endless possibilities for awesome projects.

Is the micro bit necessary for the course?

The micro bit is optional but highly recommended for the best learning experience! If youre unable to purchase it, no problem! Our classroom will include a realistic simulator of the device, allowing children to create, imagine and code the same projects.

The micro bit if purchased will also be used in future follow-up courses where we build on the knowledge learned in this introductory course.
