We made so many wonderful memories in those cities that I will cherish forever. I am already looking forward to making it to Arlington and/or Kansas City this season!

After you’ve done the work to deep clean, declutter, organize, and stage, make sure your listing photos reflect all that hard work.

If your agent is not planning to hire a professional photographer because they take great photos with their iPhone pro, this is a HUGE red flag.
