Site Work Begins at 8 Elm With Panelization of Heritage Facades | UrbanToronto Work is underway at 8 Elm in Downtown Toronto, as disassembly of the project's three heritage buildings starts. The crew has used a technique called panelizing to remove two of the existing facades so that they can be safely restored off site before eventual reintegration into the 69-storey tower.
