Ingredients

2 oz Scotch
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
Lemon Peel for Garnish

Directions

Combine Ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a short glass with ice. Add Garnish.

Bergamot Tom Collins

1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Bergamot Syrup
2 oz Soda Water
Lemon Wedge for garnish

Combine gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, pour into a collins glass with ice. Top with soda water, add garnish.

Grievous Angel

1 1/2 Rye Whiskey
1/2 Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 Strawberry Syrup
3/4 Lemon Juice
1 dash of Aromatic Bitters
Lemon peel for garnish

Combine all ingredient in a shaker with ice. Shake. Pour into rocks glass with ice. Express lemon peel over the glass, and add peel to drink.

Nutty Like a Fruit Cake

1 1/2 oz Blended Rum
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
1/4 oz Allspice Dram
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Orgeat
2 Dashes Sullivan Luxury Orange Bitters
Cinnamon stick and lemon wheel for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add garnishes.

Tropical Vanilla Sour

2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Vanilla Bean Syrup
1 dash of aromatic bitters
Lemon Wheel for Garnish.

Espresso Martini

This is a super simple Espresso Martini recipe. Only 2 ingredients and tastes absolutely fantastic.

2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Espresso and Spice Syrup
Coffee bean for garnish.

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass and add coffee beans on top.

Tahitian Breeze

1 oz White Rum
1 oz Gold Rum
1 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz Passionfruit syrup
Pink grapefruit wheel, for garnish

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice, garnish.

This drink can also be enjoyed blended, add all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Blend on high for 5 seconds.

Coco Blue

2oz White Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2oz of Coconut Syrup
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
Lime Wheel for garnish

Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add Garnish.

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz Sumac Cranberry Syrup
Orange twist for garnish

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.

The South is Calling

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1 tsp Fernet
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Pineapple fronds for Garnish

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a glass and top with ice. Add garnish.
