The Great Resignation, and Why It Can Be a Good Thing for Companies.
Millions of people have been quitting their jobs every month in 2021, and while it certainly poses a challenge to employers, it can teach them valuable lessons and result in a better company culture if they manage to successfully adapt to the changes brought on largely by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In order to do that, it is crucial to understand why employees have been quitting in such large numbers. It is no secret that people are often dissatisfied with their jobs, and working from home made them realize that they have other options that don't involve commuting to an office every day, such as freelancing and remote working. They value flexibility even more than money, which means that a workplace that wants to attract the right candidates needs to embrace flexibility and offer its employees a new work structure, as well as mental health support and a better work-life balance.
We loved this Forbes article on the topic:

How does it work?
Pinpoint helps you optimize every step, from recruitment advertising to onboarding, and allows you to attract the right candidates, track your applicants, select the best, and build a personalized and engaging onboarding experience for your new hires.

As 2021 comes to a close, we typically take the time during the holiday season to reflect, recharge our batteries and get ready for the next year. Needless to say, 2021 was an extremely challenging year for many of us, and 2022 will be no exception. At ScaleHR, we are extremely grateful to our network, notably our clients, sponsors, supporters, advisors, and the many people around the globe who have helped us in some way. Wherever you may be this holiday season, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank each one of you.
As we embark on our second year in business, we are looking forward to launching many new initiatives, all of which will focus on growing our business. We can't wait to share what these exciting things will be and don't worry, we'll be making announcements in January - from adding new team members, launching a new website, launching our own podcast, embarking on our first build of a software platform, and exploring new markets.
In the meantime, please take some time to relax during the holidays and we hope to continue working with all of you in 2022.
To your success, health, and happiness.

New leadership tactics. Adaptation and empathy.
HR leaders need to keep their focus on staying one step ahead of the curve with the pandemic having evolved how we now work. Adapting is the key!
To ensure an agile and relevant workforce, leaders need to consider the following:
- Re-evaluate leadership tactics that are in line with the new world of work. Focus on empathy and connectivity.
- Ensure proper integration of technology within the workplace
- Form a culture of personalized learning.
- Create metrics to measure individual value while embedding inclusion and diversity.
Our 3rd HR Leaders Collective will be happening on December 3rd in San Francisco! Yes, you heard that right! We will physically be in downtown San Francisco running this collaborative event in person.

The output will be an ebook/whitepaper that will be shared with the HR community and featuring our participants.
