🚨Progress update🚨

I told you all I’d keep you in the loop and I know, I haven’t been doing a good job so far! I can tell you there is a lot involved in this process that isn’t pretty to look at.

I was skeptical to post this progress wondering if anyone even cared to see the “ugly” stage of the build 😆 but I’m doing this for my followers out there who are also looking to build their dream home.

Underpinning was the first stage that was completed to create higher ceilings in the basement. The first floor and basement framing is finished with the second floor about to begin. This week the foundation work will be in progress for the new proposed 3 car garage as well as the covered terrace walkout off the main floor. Keep an eye out for my stories to see things really start to take shape as we aim to have framing completed early into the new year 🎉 🥳
