Safe Supply Streaming Co Ltd. has officially completed its rebrand to Altrova Health Inc., with common shares now trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new ticker symbol ROVA -- effective today, May 1, 2026.

The new name reflects a broader vision: building a growing portfolio of public health solutions, including the ToxiShield fentanyl and drink-spiking detection line and exclusive Canadian distribution of the NIRLAB NIRLIGHT drug analysis device.

We're pleased to share the results of our Annual General and Special Meeting, held April 8, 2026 in Toronto.

Shareholders approved our name change to Altrova Health Inc., the relocation of our registered office to Ontario, the re-election of our six-member Board, and the re-approval of our Omnibus Incentive Plan.

Safe Supply has also completed the sale of two additional NIRLAB NIRLIGHT devices to a First Nations group in Canada, reflecting consistent adoption among Indigenous communities who have identified on-site drug analysis as a practical safety tool.

Safe Supply has completed its first Canadian sale under its exclusive distribution agreement with NIRLAB SA.

The NIRLAB NIRLIGHT drug analysis device was sold to Far North Resources Inc., helping advance Indigenous-led community safety efforts through rapid, non-destructive drug identification technology.
