LODEF is an indie rock band from Toronto, Canada. Lodef is a four-piece alternative indie rock band formed in Toronto in 2018.
These at time serious, other times kooky life-long musicians are Laurie Defoy (vocals, guitar), Jeff Wilston (guitar), Chelsea Body (bass), and Skitch Patterson (drums). Laurie’s writing is oft-times moody and self-deprecating with pop-infused melodies weaved into darker tones, unusual song structures, and guitar-driven earworms.
