Life rarely happens in absolute black and white, it mostly lives in the gray area!
All-or-Nothing Thinking tells us that if something isn't completely perfect, it’s an absolute failure. But progress isn't linear, and one single moment doesn't erase all your efforts.

Next time you catch yourself using terms like “always,” “never,” or “ruined,” try looking for the middle ground.

Which area of your life does black-and-white thinking show up in most? Let us know below. 👇

Ever notice how quickly your brain jumps from a minor hiccup to a full-blown catastrophe?

That’s catastrophizing—a cognitive pattern where our mind skips past realistic outcomes and heads straight for the worst-case scenario.

When you catch your brain writing a disaster movie script, pause and ask yourself: “What is the most LIKELY outcome here?”

Save this post for the next time your mind tries to run away with the worst-case scenario. 🧠✨
