Congratulations to our Champions once again Les-Luc Brown on winning our Transformation Challenge!!! Congratulations to everyone that competed in our 8 week Challenge!!! The Champs are in the house!!! Also I thought I'd add a special picture of your grandma Luciane thanks to ChatGPT, she will always have a special place not only in my heart, but in the hearts of all our Famiglia at Bto Performance!!! 100 years young in this picture taken just a few years back, at the young age of 100, she participated in our class!!! God rest her soul may she rest in eternal peace, i know she's crazy proud of you all!!! 🙏❤️.

On Saturday, March 7, Mayor Ugulini, Regional and City Councillors presented certificates to Dan Giancola, former CFL pro and performance coach at his grand reopening of BTO Performance Group and Personal Training facility now located at 1980 Hwy 20, Thorold.

Started my day off yesterday with a bang!!! Our GRAND OPENING was absolutely aaaaaaaaaamazing!!! I want to thank Mayor Terry Ugulini , Councilors Tim Whalen Timothy Whalen , Henry D'Angela , Ken Sentence and all City Councilors that attended!!! As Mayor Terry Ugulini said in his opening speech it was more of a reopening than a grand opening!!! Thank you for the honor for attending and also for the beautiful plaques, they will be going up on my office walls Monday morning!!! Also I'd like to thank my Bto Performance Famiglia for attending the ceremony and for rocking it out in our morning class with the garage doors wide open!!!! I'm truly grateful for you all!!!

Thank you once again for the YETI COOLER that you donated to our fundraising event and also the equipment for my fitness studio!!!
