April 15, 2024, IRCC announced its first set employers that have been authorized under Innovation Stream Pilot. Innovation Stream Pilot is part of the Global Hypergrowth Project.

These employers are:
1️⃣ Ada - AI Powered Customer Service Platform
2️⃣ AlayaCare - Home Care Software
3️⃣ CellCarta - Bioscience
4️⃣ Clarius- Portable Ultrasound Machines
5️⃣ Clio - LegalTech Software (Practice Management)
6️⃣Duchesnay Pharmaceutical Group - Pharma/Tech
7️⃣ Lightspeed - POS Software
8️⃣ Vive Crop Protection - Agri-Tech (Pesticides/Fungicides)

Innovation Stream Pilot will allow these companies to hire as many foreign nationals as they want in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 positions (High-skilled positions) for upto 5 years, without having to apply for any LMIA.

The Innovation Stream will be in place for 2 years, until March 22, 2026, unless otherwise extended.
