The owners of a strata corporation she manages has recently joined together and donated a truck full of books to help her cause. With their assistance, over $53k was raised for the community.

The last time I had the pleasure of visiting our clients at this bare land strata, the sun was shining, yet snow was falling just up the hill. It was truly magical as they spoke about the Halloween festivities they would be having in the community, and even extended the invite to my family.
While leaving the area to go back to the lower mainland, I sat to enjoy the rainbow perched within arms reach. It’s the simple pleasures in life we need to reflect on.
Hard to beleive that one month later, they are devastated by the floods and are left stranded. Thankful they now have water and power back on, and hope the worst has already come.
We are thinking of all those affected by these storms and wish you only the best. Thank you to all those who have helped during the last two weeks, as you’ve brought smiles to a lot of faces

Moving is one of the most stressful things for people, especially during Covid.
We recognize the challenges that many of our new clients face, so our staff go the extra mile to make things as seamless as possible.
Today a new strata lot owner went above and beyond for us, and sent our front office personnel these lovely flowers. They light up our office and we appreciate this kind gesture. A simple thank you would have sufficed, but who can turn down flowers on a snowy day🤷🏼‍♀️☃️
Thank you to our amazing staff for continuing to shine!

Strata Advice: Who Decides the Consequences When Someone Violates the Bylaws? 03/28/2016

Bylaws must be enforced...properly-especially in relation to late fees. This is why we always provide our strata councils with an arrears report in the first week of each month!
