Last night was my very first Mindfulness Art Experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful group of women to share it with.

Thank you to the women who came, opened their hearts, shared, explored, created, and supported one another. It was such a warm and supportive evening filled with meaningful moments, creativity, laughter, and connection.

I loved watching each of you bring something of yourselves onto the canvas. There is something so special about giving ourselves permission to slow down and discover what is waiting to come forward.

I may have forgotten to take a group photo 🤦‍♀️😂, but I did manage to capture a couple of the beautiful pieces that were created.

My Mindfulness Art Experience is just a few days away, and I’m so excited to gather with a wonderful group of women for an evening of creativity, sharing, exploring—and hopefully lots of laughs! ❤️

What is something you would love more of in your life?

Sometimes when we slow down and give ourselves permission to create, we discover parts of ourselves we may have forgotten about—things that bring us joy, curiosity, excitement, or a new awareness.

There is something special about creating alongside other women, sharing our thoughts, being curious, and seeing where our creativity takes us.

You never know what might show up on your canvas… or what you might discover about yourself along the way. 🎨💕

I’m excited to bring some FUN, creativity, and curiosity into the room and create space for that part of you that is ready to come forward.
