I recently painted a Fire Horse — a symbol of power, passion, and transformation.
The fire doesn’t come to destroy you… it comes to refine you. To clear what no longer serves. To awaken what has been waiting within.

So I’m curious…

Mother & Daughter Gathering: Navigating Puberty with Love & Understanding
Are you and your daughter going through the emotional ups and downs of puberty?
Join us for a heartfelt gathering designed for mothers and daughters (ages 10–15) who are navigating the changes and challenges of this important stage of life.

This gathering offers a safe and sacred space to:
Learn new ways to communicate with love and understanding
Share experiences and realize you’re not alone
Explore tools to help manage emotions and hormonal shifts
Strengthen the bond between mother and daughter through compassion and connection

We’ll talk openly about the changes happening in our bodies and emotions, and learn how to replace frustration and confusion with empathy and support. You’ll take home practical tools and insights to help you both move through this time with more ease and harmony.

Food Bank Fundraiser: Mini Shadow Healing Sessions
Supporting the Sundre Food Bank throughout November

This November, I’m offering mini shadow healing sessions for individuals and their beloved animals. Every donation received will be contributed directly to the Sundre Food Bank.

How it works:
• Sessions will be held via Zoom.
• If you’d like a recording, I can provide one.
• If you prefer not to attend live, simply email me after sending your donation. I will complete the session on your chosen topic and send you the recording.

Possible areas of focus include:
• Navigating mother–daughter hormonal challenges
• Supporting a daughter through hormonal changes
• Exploring shadow aspects that may be holding you back from your goals
• Understanding or assisting an animal who is fearful or struggling

Connecting with My Inner Child

This painting represents a deeply personal journey — a reconnection with my inner child during the confusing and emotional time of puberty. I remember feeling uncomfortable in my changing body and overwhelmed by emotions that seemed to appear out of nowhere. I often kept everything inside, believing I should already understand what was happening. I feared that asking questions would make me seem foolish, so I stayed silent.

Looking back, I see how I viewed others as confident and happy, not realizing that they were likely facing the same struggles I was. I felt a constant need to appear strong — even when I didn’t feel that way inside. Through this painting, I’ve given voice and color to those unspoken emotions, meeting that younger version of myself with compassion and love.

For Mothers and Daughters
This artwork inspired me to create a special 5-session experience for mothers and daughters — a space to nurture open, honest communication and build deeper understanding. Together, we’ll explore how to express feelings that often feel uncomfortable, and learn to see them with compassion and love.
