**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on construction sites.
- Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery.

$25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

MacIsaac Backhoeing Services is based in Summerside and is now hiring team members for the upcoming construction season. We provide a wide range of services to contractors, businesses, homeowners, and government clients across the Island.
About Our Work
Our fleet includes excavators, dozers, skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and more. Our projects vary daily and include (but are not limited to):
• Complete site work: excavation, backfilling, final grading, and landscaping
• Water and sewer services, underground boring
• Septic system installations and repairs
• Storm systems, catch basins, and manholes
• Electrical line trenching and post-hole digging
• Demolition and land clearing
• Building and mini-home pads
• Road and driveway construction (shale, gravel, crushed asphalt)
• Basement waterproofing (dimple board, Blueskin) and sump pump installation
Location & Hours
Based in Summerside. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

Responsibilities:
• Perform various manual tasks as directed by the site foreman
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools (shovels, rakes, measuring equipment, etc.)
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Steel-toed boots, safety vest, and hard hat
Wage: $18–$24 per hour (paid weekly)

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of equipment operating experience.
• Direct labourers on certain tasks.
• Ability to read site plans, use a laser level, and understand site servicing work
• Valid driver’s license
• Steel-toed boots, safety vest, and hard hat
Wage: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and ability
