The time has come for change, for growth. As we look forward we cannot help but look backwards to all the beautiful faces behind this journey. To all our customers old and new, our friends, neighbours, suppliers, collaborators. None of this would be possible without you.
Our beautiful customers: each review, each WOW moment, each anticipation accompanied by: "I can't wait to eat this", are moments that shaped us. The Chefs within you inspired the Chefs within us to honour the traditional recipes of people from around the world-their stories, cultures and generations of knowledge behind every dish-and bring them to your plate. Your own visions of food combinations and tastes inspired us to create our Noodle series, our World Naan series and many more.
A small restaurant with a big mission: To create a sharing table for all people to enjoy bold global flavours created by people and their own cultures with a Chefs vision and an Island passion for fresh and local ingredients that we believe are unmatched.
With this mission in mind, PEI Roti Fusion has landed a new home at the beautiful New London Community Complex just minutes away from Stanley Bridge. A scenic 23 minute drive from here. A new home with a connection to the community it serves, events, catering and a kitchen to perform it's magic. Thank you New London Community Complex for inviting us into your home.
THIS IS NOT A GOODBYE SUMMERSIDE, THIS IS A HELLO AND WELCOME TO OUR NEXT CHAPTER💜

We are so excited to welcome you all to our new home opening it's doors at the beginning of August, to share meals that bring people together. The same bold flavours from around the world together in one kitchen with heartfelt Island hospitality.

We will keep you posted with any and all changes as we go.
